Layered Strawberry Cake

This cake is more on the dense side, so if that's your preference, this is perfect! The kids absolutely loved it!

I made a strawberry glaze which I placed in the middle along with a layer of sliced strawberries & frosting.

LOVED how simple & wholesome this whipped frosting was! Only 2 ingredients---> no sugar added strawberry jam & coconut cream. Tastes amazing with just berries alone! I had some leftover frosting & made a tasty fruit parfait with it...SUPER YUM.
