When preparing this salad, we didn't have all ingredients on hand, so had to improvise. STILL came out delicious! ⁣​​​​​​​​

When we make this again, we agreed to leave out the red onion. Too strong for my taste. We added in some dried currants and chopped walnuts since we were out of pine nuts. Loved all the flavors and textures - came together quite nicely. ⁣​​​​​​​​

You can totally play around with this one - don't be afraid - it's hard to go wrong. ⁣​​​​​​​​
