The kids & I shared lots of giggles testing out this cookie recipe for Santa!

A healthier version of ginger snaps that nourish your body, heart & soul!

You won't believe that it's gluten-free, vegan, low-carb & free of refined sugars!

Adapted from Life Made Sweeter. We subbed almond flour for 1 cup hazelnut flour and 1/2 cup tigernut flour.

Nutrient dense. Loaded with healthy monounsaturated fats.

SOOOO good! Pairs well with a nice hot cup of chai! The perfect holiday treat!
